As a creative agency, we have adapted global content to local market accordingly to tailored campaign needs.
For ATL, I am responsible for adaptation on both localized SUPER and VO development and providing contents for various media buys including OOH and DOOH. As the PIC for product campaign project, I am required to produced content plan for contracted DOOH and ensure all layouts are following global guideline. Also, my scope of work including the creative development on localized messages which required to liaise with copywriter and creative team. At sustaining phase, we have leverage the global partnership with BTS to maintain the exposure of the new product through MTR OOH and heavy traffic area with videos to create hype.
As for BTL, I mainly oversee retail promotional materials including printed content to deliver main product features.
Throughout the campaign, I am also tasked with working on e-mail marketing content targeted for CRM upselling/ cross-selling tailored for different segmented target audience.
At the end of the product campaign, I would required to work with data team to provide performance analysis including OR, CR and conversion comparing to past product campaign for client.
